Locative media communities, social media and cultures of enthusiasm

Locative media art has been a popular topic to study, yet the focus tends be on examining artworks themselves, which have challenged us think about complex interrelations of space, place and time in novel ways. In this paper we offer different view locative by community practices that can emerge through production work. By highlighting how social platform, WhatsApp, facilitated communication arts practice during recent summer school theme media, demonstrate cultures enthusiasm from adjacent digital spaces art. Our reflections highlight ways for towards other participants was produced WhatsApp spaces, both enthusiastic language atmospheres enthusiasm.
